About me

My path to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began with a personal search for answers. When I was 16 years old, I experienced amenorrhea with no apparent cause, doctors prescribed birth control pills to "regulate" my cycle. I lived for a year suffering the effects of that hormonal treatment; I felt the cure was worse than the disease.

I decided to stop taking birth control pills, but after a year, my cycle hadn't returned. It was my mother, always a seeker of natural healing, who took me to my first acupuncture session. I didn't understand anything about the therapy, but I went with it. Fifteen days after that first session, my cycle returned: painless, normal, and regular. That relief and fascination with that medicine marked me forever; I understood that my vocation would be to help others find that same balance naturally.

Education and techniques basis

After finishing high school, I decided to professionalize this passion. I entered the Argentine Center for Training in Ethnomedicines (CAFSE), where I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Bioenergetic Moxibustion. I trained under the tutelage of Enrique Blanco and the methodology of Carlos Nogueira Pérez (CEMETC), completing 375 hours of clinical practice and 1.500 of classes.

This training gave me a solid foundation in Bioenergetic Acupuncture. My approach is not to apply manual protocols, but to deeply understand the energetic pathophysiology and develop critical thinking to find the real origin of each symptom.

The mountain and the body on movement

While studying, I developed my career as a Ski Instructor. I traveled through Europe, the United States, and Argentina teaching classes and perfecting my technique. The mountain was my great teacher about the human body: there I learned about resilience and discipline in extreme conditions.

However, the constant winter also presented me with challenges. I had to apply my "Chinese tricks" and knowledge of physiology to keep my body healthy and warm as best I could. After undergoing two knee surgeries, I decided it was time to transform my relationship with skiing; I turned it into my hobby and poured all that experience and passion 100% into my practice as a therapist.

My philosophy: A personal revolution

Today I understand that the body affects emotions as much as emotions affect the body. After my surgeries, I was forced to build a body that could sustain me; today, that habit is my life's driving force.

In my practice, I combine Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping, Nutrition Therapy, and Phytotherapy, always seeking:

  • Customize each therapy: Give you exactly what your system needs.
  • Educate for autonomy: To teach you to observe yourself and to reclaim your sovereignty, just as I did as a child.
  • Denaturalize pain: Sometimes we get used to carrying discomfort that does not belong to us. Do not settle for living at 60% of your capacity; recovering a better quality of life is possible when we learn to listen to what the body truly needs.

As women, we were taught to silence the messages from our bodies. Learning to listen and respond to its needs is one of the most powerful revolutions we can start.
